The MonoSoft water softener is the ideal solution for Winterhalter dishwashers designed for washing dishes and kitchen utensils. Water softening is essential for achieving optimal washing results and significantly contributes to the protection and longevity of the equipment. The regeneration process in the MonoSoft unit is automatically triggered by an electronic controller. The softener requires about 1.5 hours for regeneration. It is best to set the regeneration time during the night when the kitchen is not in operation.
